Due to their bespoke nature, any made-to-order shoes are non returnable nor can be exchanged. In the unlikely event that you receive your shoe with a design error or manufacturing fault, we may be able to replace your item. Please note, replacements are subject to availability. To return a faulty item to us, you should contact our Customer Services Team ( firstname.lastname@example.org) with the following information.
- Your proof of purchase/order number
- A short description of the fault
- Supporting images
