Buying a MILARDI

  • Where can I purchase a pair of MILARDI shoes?

    A pair of genuine MILARDI shoes can only be purchased from our online store, www.milardi.com, this will ensure authenticity of your MILARDI.

  • Do I need to create a MILARDI account to purchase a shoe?

    You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. However if you have a MILARDI account you can enjoy the benefits of managing your account which includes saving your payment information, address details and reviewing your order history.

  • What size should I choose?

    As the shoes are made to order, the estimated delivery time (order to delivery) can take up to 8 weeks. Please keep this in mind before placing an order. Please refer to our size guide for further information, available on the individual product pages.

  • How do I know if a shoe is in stock?

    As we create limited number of made to order shoes, we’ll let you know the number of shoes available at the time of its release. We’ll update our social media channels when we have exhausted the collection.

  • How do I know if the shoe is back in stock?

    As we only create limited edition collections, you’ll be unable to purchase a shoe once they have been sold out.

  • How many pairs of shoes can I purchase?

    A maximum of two pairs of shoes can be placed per order. If you wish to purchase more than two pairs of shoes in an order, please contact us at contactus@milardi.com

  • Where can I find the price of a pair of MILARDI shoes?

    The price for a pair of shoes is displayed by the ‘i’ icon on the individual shoe pages. Please be aware, shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout to indicate the purchase price.

  • What about duties and taxes?

    We deliver on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price. You’ll be notified about duties and taxes at the time of checkout.

  • Which currency can I use to place my order?

    We at MILARDI charge orders using the following international currencies: Australian Dollar, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Japanese Yen, Indian Rupee and US Dollar.

    If in case a local currency is not available, you will be able to see the currency used to charge for your order when selecting your shipping country.

  • How do I care for my MILARDI?

  • How can I contact MILARDI?

Delivery

  • What is the time for creating and delivering my shoes?

    As the shoes are made to order, the estimated delivery time (order to delivery) can take up to 8 weeks.

  • What are the shipping time and charges?

    Shipping is complimentary and all international orders are shipped via FEDEX. We aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days from the time of dispatch.

  • Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

    We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Freight forwarders. Orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address. To avoid delays please ensure that your billing details are correct.

  • Can I cancel or amend my order details?

    Due to the bespoke nature of our service, once you place your order it is final.

  • Can I make changes to my shipping address?

    Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to amend your shipping address. Please contact us for further information.

    Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to the address.

  • How can I track the delivery of my order?

    As soon as we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique tracking number. You may use this number to track your order online.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is the Returns & Exchange policy?

    o Due to their bespoke nature, any made-to-order shoes are non-returnable nor can be exchanged.

    o In the unlikely event that you receive your shoe with a design error or manufacturing fault, we may be able to replace your item. Please note, replacements are subject to availability.

    o To return a faulty item to us, you should contact our Advisors at (contactus@milardi.com) with the following information.

    • Your proof of purchase/order number
    • A short description of the fault
    • Supporting images
